Whos is the tragic hero, Brutus or Ceasar?

Brutus eventually recognizes this though and dies regardless of this because of the circumstances, which is a true tragedy. He also is considered a noble man at the end of the book making him the hero of the story although not necessarily successful. So in the end Marcus Brutus does shine through as he very tragic hero.
