The Impact that Violence on Television has on Children

…young untrained minds of children for any length of time make for a festering ground for potentially devastating consequences. Children are like sponges. They absorb what they observe; therefore if the shows they are exposed to are filled with violence, children tend to believe that this is the normal way of living and that violence is accepted by society. If not corrected at an early stage this acceptance of violence will follow them into adulthood.
