My Emerging Roles and Responsibilities as a Supervisor/Manager in my organization

…has successfully met the criteria of a productive manager. It is extremely important that a supervisor know and implement the proper management style to reap the best results. I recommend that supervisors always set aside emotions and personal beliefs in the workforce. Once this bias if removed, the support and respect of employees will be earned the process of setting assignments and having workers productively and efficiently carry out these orders will be much smoother.
