…be two more weeks before the job will be completed. My evaluation of Jay's performance is fair. His knowledge of my Cherokee and his ability to fix the problems were excellent. However, his customer service skills leave much to be desired. A major problem and disagreement could have been avoided with a simple phone call. I will have to think long and hard before deciding to bring my Cherokee to Jay for further maintenance work.
