Is death penalty right or wrong?

Is the Death Penalty Right or Wrong? Should we be able to execute people that have been convicted of murder or should we give them a chance to break out of jail and maybe kill other people. …must be paid, and for crimes such as murder there is no batter penalty as taking away the life of a person who took life of someone else. One other reason the death penalty is right because the fear of death deters people from committing crimes. I believe that the death penalty has a deterrent value because it removes the criminals from society so they will never be able to commit any crime any more.
