…think of miniature lobsters. Because they look so much like them only much smaller in size. They are funny looking the way they crawl and hold up their pincers, like a crab, and walk backwards. Studying crayfish made me curious about how they must taste. My dad ate crayfish on a work related trip to Louisianna. He said how good and tasty cajun crawfish are. I think I'll have to find out for myself someday.
