There have been occasions in the past two years when in spite of our constant reminders, both written and over telephone, the Romanian authorities have failed to give us a positive response. Since such visits by troupes sponsored by ICCR have a regional itinerary which has to be planned much in advance of the actual visit, timely response plays an important part in the ultimate staging or cancelling of the event.
