…adequately completing their job. However, too much control could make workers feel nervous. I know that the feeling of constantly being watched not only affect my actions, but also my emotions and feeling toward my job, usually in a negative manner. I believe the use of surveillance should be limited to the greatest extent possible. Also, the use of other controls should be limited unless a worker is in suspicion of needing more personal monitoring.
