In conclusion, the founding fathers of America deemed it incumbent to shift from a confederation to a federal model due to unforeseen problems that arose. With the Articles of Confederation being written out of necessity to gain some quick order for the infant country, the Constitution gave relief to an otherwise dying nation. This change was vital to the preservation of America.
