…if for one it is anough to have a DESIRE to change something; then for the other it is important TO ACT. For me personally, if I decided to change something, I will start to live differently at the same moment I decide. But if it helps somebody to reach their aim, I agree that birthday is a good start, as it could mean a rebirth
